At present, WAVES employ fifteen full time staff and two volunteers in various projects within the WAVES program and Administration & Finance departments.
Our Organizational Structure
WAVES currently has a strong structure with adequate systems in place to create impact in our targeted communities, while at the same time fulfilling the various and varied donor reporting requirements. The number of personnel directly managed by the Director as it currently stands at three (3), the Program Manager, the Head of Finance Section and the MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Leaning) Officer. The other two (2) i.e. Accountant and Communication Officer – the account can be place within the finance team and made to report to the head of finance Team whiles the Communication officer can work directly under the supervision of the Program Manager.
